Double-click the Macintosh HD icon.

Double-click the Internet folder.

Double-click the Internet Applications folder.

Double-click the Outlook Express folder.

Click the Outlook Express icon.

From the File menu, choose Make Alias.

Click and hold the Outlook Express Alias item in the folder, then drag it and release it on the desktop.
