  1. Open Outlook Express.

  2. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.

  3. Double-click your account in the Accounts list.

  4. In the POP server field, type verify the spelling of the POP server for your domain (i.e. mail.mindsync.com for Mindsync customers).
  5. In the SMTP server field, type verify the spelling of the SMTP server for your domain (i.e. mail.mindsync.com for Mindsync customers).
  6. Click the OK button.

    Now that you've checked the spelling of your server names, try checking your mail again.
