Solutions:
- Clear the cache.
- If you aren't able to open Outlook Express, drag the cache folder to your desktop.

Open Outlook Express 4.5.

From the Tools menu, click Empty Cache, and choose Empty Entire Cache.

- Locate and open the OE User(s) folder (Example location: Hard Drive\Internet folder\Internet Applications\Outlook Express 4.5\OE User(s)).
