Mindsync's SPAM filter is very accurate.

Incoming mail that is our spam filters believe to be SPAM is no longer put in your main mail folder. It is placed in a "Spam" folder instead.

If you a mail program that picks up your mail using the POP protocol you will not see your SPAM. If you want to review your SPAM, use the web mail interface.

If you read your mail using the web mail interface, you must click "Folders" and then "Subscribe" to the "Spam" folder to see your SPAM.

If you use a mail program that picks up your mail using the IMAP protocol you will be able to find your SPAM in your "Spam" folder.

SPAM and Trash messages that are left on our server will be automatically deleted. We will keep them for 30 days. We do not count such messages against your mail quota.

If you find a message that was incorrectly classified as SPAM please forward it (with all of its original headers) to falsepositives at mindsync dot com. We obscure that address because we cannot run our spam filters on it!
